The entrance for the tower can be found about a half mile before the Leonard Harrison State Park entrance on Route 660 in Wellsboro, Tioga County Pennsylvania. Those looking for an adventure off the beaten trail can lookout for these signs to show the way to the Lookout Tower for gorgeous panoramic views. There is a credit card charge of $6 USD to enter the tower, and a trek of 125 stairs to reach the top, but the incredible view that awaits is a spectacular reward.
